Lactose-Free Stracchino (less than 0.01%) is easier to digest, as lactose is decomposed into two sugars, glucose and galactose, more easily absorbed. Lactose-Free Stracchino still presents, unaltered, all of the tastiness and creaminess of Stracchino Stella Bianca. Made exclusively with Italian milk. Available in a handy single-dose package. The product is suitable for those who are lactose-intolerant; it contains glucose and galactose, following fission of lactose.
